NOTICE TO ALL GRVWD CUSTOMERS…The Public Service Commission has required GRVWD to do a rate increase after the expansion of our water treatment plant. This rate increase will be for water rates and non-recurring charges and will take effect November 1, 2023. The charges will be for water usage after that date.
